About Us

Investing from Seed to Pre-IPO

Nobska Point Capital backs private companies at every stage, from Seed to Late Stage Growth. In 2026 we are expanding our focus to include the emerging startup ecosystems in Puerto Rico and Latin America.

We are especially interested in companies working on Smart Contracts, Stablecoin creation, Tokenization of Real World Assets, and the creation of the DeFi Institutional Settlement Rails.

The next 2–4 years will be a pivotal period in building the new financial rails for world commerce. We will have DeFi banks that custody assets on-chain, offer crypto-collateralized loans, and challenge traditional banking.
