Nobska Point Capital invests in private companies at start-up Seed stage to Late Stage and close to an IPO. Traditionally the companies have been located in the mainland United States but in 2026 we are concentrating on potential start-up investments in Puerto Rico and Latin America.
We are especially interested in companies working on Smart Contracts, Stablecoin creation, Tokenization of Real World Assets, and the creation of the Defi Institutional Settlement Rails.
The next 2-4 years will be a pivotal period in creating the new financial rails for world commerce. This exciting period will included the formation of new DeFi banks that custody assets on a blockchain, offer loans with crypto and stablecoins as collateral, and give the TradFi banks a run for the money.

There will be massive opportunities in the Tokenization space. The immediate areas that we feel are ripe for tokenization include: equity and bond holdings, private credit assets, real estate, art, commodities-gold and silver, intellectual property, and carbon credits. If investors want to own it then it can be Tokenized!
The potential size of the Tokenization of RWA market is absolutely astounding. With the advances in smart contracts and easy creation of stable coins for settlement, Tokenization will allow millions of currently uninvested people, anywhere is the world with a smartphone and Starlink connection, to buy and sell small parts of an asset and close the deal immediately with Atomic Settlement.
Investors in Boston, Rincon Puerto Rico, or Lamu Kenya will be able to easily buy part of an office building in NYC or Singapore, or buy fractional ownership of a Monet painting located in a bonded warehouse in Switzerland, or a piece of a yacht based in Monaco that is rented out to clients worldwide.

​​Blockchains will provide easy and immediate access to transfer and settlement information in smart contracts. The pivotal smart contacts will capture legal information pertaining to ownership allocation, cost of asset, transfer of asset restrictions, etc.
